CHALLENGE

Swestar Sports lacked a structured retention setup.

There were no defined lifecycle flows, limited segmentation, and email was underutilized as a revenue channel. Growth relied heavily on acquisition, with minimal systems in place to drive repeat purchases or maximize customer lifetime value.

The challenge was to build a retention engine that could scale with the brand.
