How does the onboarding process work?
We start with a deep audit of your existing setup, brand, customer, and goals. From there, we define clear priorities and have the most important flows/ campaigns live within 7 days.
How long does it take to see results?
You’ll start seeing early results within 7–14 days. The full impact typically compounds over the first 30–90 days through continuous iteration and optimization.
Do you work with long-term engagements only?
Yes. Short-term engagements can work, and we’re confident in our ability to deliver value quickly. That said, retention performs best as a system, not a one-off project, which is why we prioritize long-term partnerships.
