Naturlig Hud lacked a structured retention system. Email existed, but lifecycle flows were minimal, campaigns were inconsistent, and customer journeys weren’t fully aligned with purchasing behavior. The challenge was to create structure and clarity without compromising brand integrity or overwhelming the audience.
